Before installing the Steam version
Reserve more than the listed 50 GB when possible so Steam can download and apply updates without immediately exhausting the drive. The minimum and recommended tables both specify 8 GB of memory; their main difference is the processor and graphics class. A Ryzen 5 3500 or Core i5-9400 with an RX 580 or GTX 1060 is the listed recommended target.
The Steam listing also notes that security-protection files can trigger false positives in some antivirus products. If the game files are quarantined, the store advises restoring them, adding the appropriate exception and using Steam's Verify Integrity of Game Files function when files were deleted.
